Finally a day to enjoy the beach in a Greek island.
And enjoy we did.
Breakfast was brought to our veranda with a view of the sea and we enjoyed it before going down a set of stairs and just like that be on the beach.
We chose a sandy beach, as we prefer them so much more to stone beaches.
And as we looked around we noticed we were exactly opposite Sarande, Albania 🇦🇱 where we had been yesterday. We could actually see the city built on the hill.
The water close to the shore was just perfect temperature and as it has different depths you can actually choose which temperature you prefer (the shallower, the warmer).
We read, talked, slept and bathed many times. It was great.
For lunch we walked to a nearby restaurant and had a pizza, an home made pie and a Greek salad.
Fully nourished, we went back to the beach, and did more of the same, until about 18:00 when we left to get ready and travel by motorcycle to another part of the island to see the sunset.
We went to Logas beach to the 7th Heaven Bar and Restaurant. If you ever go to Corfu, we would highly recommend this place to see an unforgettable sunset, have delicious food and hear Brazilian chill music.
Great cherry on top of a great day.
